Bylaws Lyle NHS and NJHS both adhere to the rules and regulations of their organizations.  In effort to fulfill those regulations, Lyle NHS and NJHS have adapted bylaws that meet the national regulations, but also fulfill those necessary within our school to continue to grow our organization.
